Missouri School of Journalism

Founded in 1908, the Missouri School of Journalism is known as the first and finest journalism school in the world.

Your gifts help shape the school’s excellence. Globally renowned faculty members are attracted to MU because of privately endowed chairs and fellowships. Generous alumni have created hundreds of scholarships that help recruit the brightest students from around the world. All of our buildings were constructed largely with private funds.

As information technology evolves and the media market shifts, the Missouri School of Journalism strives to maintain its leadership in journalism education. Your support is critical to strengthening the quality of the hallmark hands-on learning model known as the Missouri Method.

Now is the time to help preserve the prestigious school’s standards of excellence.
